Ref 16/136 to bulk retail use (b) Enclosure of an entrance lobby of 35.6 sqm under the exiting roof canopy, previously permitted under Pl Ref. 16/136 (c) Minor revisions to existing elevations previously permitted under Pl Ref 16/136.
