For permission and retention permission for development involving a protected structure (NIAH No. 15321023, RPS No 038-021) retention permission is sought to retain new roof coverings comprising replacement natural slate to match those previously fitted together with new sash windows similar to those originally fitted to the dwelling house and all associated site works. Planning permission is also sought to construct a single storey extension to the rear of the existing house and all associated development works. The development is located in an Architectural Conservation Area (ACA).
