Permission for development involving a protected structure (NIAH no. 15321024, RPS no. 038-022). Retention permission is sought to retain new roof coverings comprising replacement natural slate to match those previously fitted together with new sash windows similar to those originally fitted to the dwelling house and all associated site works.
