Installation of effluent treatment plant, 5. Carparking, turning area and all associated site works. (All of the above previously granted under Planning Reference Numbers 13/768 & 14/76) Retention Permission is also sought for a single storey store room at the rear of the Community Centre. Permission is sought for the change of use of same to use as a Montessori School. A play area is to be provided at the rear of the Montessori and all associated services.
