for: a) The retention of a ground floor extension to the rear/side of our dwelling house, and to now remodel this extension, b) To construct a new first floor side/rear extension incorporating a bedroom, and c) To construct a new sloped roof to replace the existing flat roof over our first floor, front dormer windows and all associated works.
