Permission for development which will consist of (i) the construction of 3 no. new covered external walkways and an external covered terraced area to the rear of the existing Sports hall including all associated site works (ii) the creation of 2 no. new structural openings to provide 4 no. additional windows to the front elevation of the Griffin building; all at Coláiste Iognáid. The site on which the proposed development is taking place is in an Architectural Conservation Area and has within its curtilage 2 no. Protected Structures (RPS Ref. 9101 & 9120)
