EXTENSION OF DURATION of Planning Ref 16/627 for works consisting of : 1) Construction of new sunroom of 15m2 to the front, south of the existing structure, and another sunroom of 16m2 to the rear, north of the existing structure. 2) A new 2 storey extension to the rear north of the existing building consisting of a utility room and shed on the ground floor, a hot-press and study on the first floor, and new stairs as shown in the proposed plans. 3) The removal of the existing roof floors, and construction of a new pitched roof with a ridge level 1.5m higher (building up existing walls as required) than the existing roof which incorporates new roof lights, solar panels and a chimney. 4) Relocation of existing and addition of new windows and doors to the existing elevations as per proposed plans and the removal of the existing porch on the buildings front elevation, including all associated site development works
