Permission is sought for the construction of a workshop/maintenance building, extension to the outdoor concrete pad to allow for an additional composting area, construction of an extension to the composting building to include one additional in-vessel composting tunnel, and the construction of a roof over the existing biofilter. This will facilitate the increase in intake of waste materials at the facility from 50,000 tonnes to 68,500 tonnes per annum. This application relates to development for the purposes of an activity requiring a licence under the Industrial Emissions Directive.
