The development consists of a proposed single-storey computer server suite sized approximately 195 square metres and approximately 3.4 metres high and located to the south of the existing administration building and to the east of the existing manufacturing site. These works include minor modifications to existing internal roads and paths and the use of existing temporary construction facilities including fencing, site lighting and miscellaneous siteworks. The development also consists of minor modifications to existing underground utilities including the existing surface water drainage system. This application consists of a variation to a previously permitted development on an activity for which a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended by the Protection of the Environment Act 2003) is required. This is a site to which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 209 of 2015) applies
