The construction of a new housing estate development consisting of: a) 18 no. residential units comprising of: (1) 2 No 3-bedroom, two-storey semi-detached special adapted dwellings, (2) 2 No. 1 bedroom apartments, 12 No. 2 bedroom apartments, (3) 2 No. 3 bedroom apartments b) 27 ancillary car parking spaces within the development. c) The construction of vehicular and pedestrian access points to the site. d) Alterations to ground levels to accommodated the development. e) Varied boundary treatments and landscaping works. f) Surface water management will include hydrocarban interceptor and attenuation tank. g) All ancillary site works. In accordance with the habiats Directive, Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out on the project. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development.
