Permission is sought for the demolition of the existing rear single story extension and construction of a new two story extension to the rear of the mid-terrace dwelling at 26 Brian Road, Marino, Dublin 3, D03 VX66. The development will consist of the following principal elements: 1) Demolition of existing single story rear extension, which consists of existing kitchen and only existing bathroom in the dwelling. 2) Demolition of the existing defunct boiler shed, also to the rear. 3) Construction of a new flat roof extension to rear, at ground floor to include a new kitchen/dining area, and at first floor to include a new bathroom and enlarged bedroom, and all associated landscaping and ancillary works. Extension to include a roof light / skylight at ground floor level.
