The development consists of the installation of a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit including a 7.55m high stack, stack access ladder and platform, improvements to the internal estate road and ancillary site works at the permitted cheese manufacturing plant, planning permission reference no. 19/668 (APB-306136-19). An Industrial Emissions Licence is required for the cheese manufacturing plant and the proposed development. A Natura Impact Statement will also be submitted with the application.
