Alterations and extension to existing single storey dwelling. The application will include the following: (a) Removal of existing corrugated shed building; (b) Refurbishment of the existing single storey cottage to provide 3 No. bedrooms; (c) Construction of a new single storey extension to provide new living room, bathroom, utility room and kitchen/dining/living space all to the rear of the existing cottage; (d) Alterations to the existing vehicle entrance to provide a recessed vehicle entrance; (e) Provision of a new wastewater treatment system, along with all associated site development and facilitating works including site landscaping
