Permission for development to consist of a residential development. The application site has an area of c. 03 hectares. The proposed development amends and will supersede elements of the development permitted under Reg. Ref. 10/174 (as amended by Reg. Ref. 19/336 which is under construction. The development will consist of the replacement of 6 no. permitted dwellings at Bridgegate Grove with 3 no. dwellings (resulting in a reduction in the total number of permitted dwellings at Bridgegate to 155 no. units) reconfigured access, car parking, landscaping and all associated site and infrastructure works.
