(a) construct a dormer type domestic dwelling in place of the existing habitable dwelling; (b)demolish the existing domestic garage and replace with a new domestic garage; (c) convert the existing habitable dwelling into an agricultural building; (d) upgrade the existing Waste Water Treatment System to current EPA Code Of Practice and all ancillary works.
