(a) To remove entirely condition No. 3 of planning permission Reg. No. 00/466 which required the sterilization of five acres and 150 linear yards of road frontage on the Old Bog Road, Kilcock; (b) The construction of a bungalow style dwelling; (c) Domestic garage and fuel store; (d) New recessed entrance; (e) Bored well; (f) The installation of a proprietary effluent treatment system, percolation area and all associated and ancillary works.
