Retention Permission to consist of (1) The Retention of alterations to an existing dwelling house previously approved under planning ref. no.. 17/341; (2) The retention of the repositioning of the dwelling house and the domestic waste water treatment system on the site; (3) Permission to amend the site boundaries, to reduce the site area and to relocate the site entrance previously approved under planning ref. no. 17/341; (4) Permission to replace the previously approved landscaping layout with a new landscaping layout to coincide with the proposed new site boundaries along with all associated site development works
