Permission and Permission for Retention is sought for development consisting of Permission for Retention of a dedicated Click and Collect parking area (2 no. spaces) associated signage and pedestrian crossing; and Permission for the following (I) A new entrance lobby to Tesco store (74sqm); (II) The reconfiguration of the existing entrance lobby (66sqm) to provide a Click and Collect storage area including internal chiller room, and provision of window display vinyl graphic to same; (III) Amendments to parking area to the east of the Tesco store to provide a van parking area (7 spaces); (IV) Provision of a van parking area (5 spaces) at the service yard entrance and (V) All other associated site services and site development works.
