The proposed amendments present a re-sized, reduced land take with a simplified road access arrangement from the principal access road permitted under WCC reg. ref 17/6067. The proposed development will comprise as previously granted, the construction of a new access road and barrier-controlled car park (120 no spaces) with pedestrian links to the existing Primary Care Centre complementary soft and hard landscaping treatments, boundary treatments and all ancillary site services and above and below ground works.
