The development will consist of: i) Demolition of a non original single storey flat roof extension to the rear of the house (ii) construction of a new single storey flat roofed extension at 165 sq.m. to the rear of the house linking to an annex constructed in 1997; (iii) blocking up of existing windows to the north elevation of the annex and forming one new window; (v) modifying two windows to the existing house at lower ground floor on the North elevation to form French doors; (vi) modifying one existing window to the lower ground floor entrance hall on the south elevation (vii) provision of heat pumps and hard landscaping works to the rear (vii) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development including SuDS drainage.
