Permission for development which will consist of 1. Change of use from Retail and Community uses to Residential use. 2. The construction of a four bedroom, two-storey dwelling incorporating the existing cottage structure. 3. Roof replacement and external insulation of the existing cottage structure. 4. Removal of 22m2 of the existing structure at the rear of the site. 5. Relocation of the site entrance. 6. All other ancillary site development and associated works.
