modification to existing planning permission permitted for the construction of 56 no. dwelling units permitted under planning permission references: 16/244 and 19/717 and extended under planning permission reference 21/7031 at Skagh, Croom, Co. Limerick. The proposed modifications include: (1) revised positioning of permitted units along the eastern boundary and revised arrangement of house types of permitted unit nos. 40-41 and 54-56 along that boundary to allow for; provision of: 12 no. semi-detached units, 3 no. terrace units and 2 no. detached units (17 in total), in lieu of the permitted 14 no. semi-detached units and 3 no. terrace units (17 in total).
