(I) the amalgamation of retail warehouse Unit 2 (IGA 698m2) and retail warehouse unit 3 (IGA 890m2) and the extension of the new single amalgamated unit with an additional 556m2 at ground floor level and 763m2 at mezzanine level, to provide a new single retail warehouse unit with a proposed 1,914m2 at ground floor level and 993m2 at mezzanine level (total IGA of 2907m2). (ii) alterations to the external facades of the amalgamated unit. (iii) provision of new signage to the west, south and east elevations of the amalgamated unit. (iv) provision of new solar panels to the roof of the amalgamated unit. (v) provision of a new delivery ramp to the rear of the building. (vi) reconfiguration of the existing car-park layout to the south and east of the amalgamated unit, car-park landscaping and alterations to the north and east site boundaries, including a 50.4m2 extension to the services yard and new sections of boundary fence & gates, (vii) diversion of underground services (foul and storm drains, looped water mains, secondary LV electric line, and telecoms etc) and (viii) all other associated site works and services to facilitate the proposed development
