Development consisting of the following(1) demolition of existing flat roof extension to the rear of existing dwelling house (2) construction of a new front porch and new extensions to both gables ends and the rear of existing dwelling house, (3) carry out all necessary alterations and refurbishment works to existing dwelling house - including the raising of existing eaves and ridge level (4) to install new effluent treatment system and percolation area together with the carrying out of all associated ancillary site works
