Development consisting of the carrying out of alteration works to dwelling house. The works will include the following: The conversion of existing storage sheds with a floor area of 36 sq. metres to residential usage. The construction of an extension of approx. 64 sq. metres that will connect the existing house with these converted sheds so that the sheds and extension and house form a single residential unit totalling 205 sq. metres in floor area. And to install a new wastewater treatment system on site to replace existing septic tank and percolation area, with all associated site works.
