for development consisting of (1) retention of alterations and amendments made during construction to floor plan layouts and elevations of storey and a half type dwelling and detached domestic garage, (2) retention of revised site layout all from that previously granted under planning reference number 07/93 together with PERMISSION to (a) construct a single storey extension to side of existing dwelling to incorporate a sunroom area and (b) complete all ancillary and associated site works
