for construction and operation of an energy storage system comprising (i) 5 no. containerised energy storage modules placed on concrete plinth foundations; (ii) 5 no. electrical transformer and inverter modules; (iii) heating, ventilation and air conditioning units; (iv) 130m of site access tracks; (v) underground electrical and telecommunications cabling; (vi) CCTV security monitoring system; (vii) an up to 2.95m palisade fence around the energy storage system compound; (viii) all ancillary electrical and communications equipment; and (ix) all associated site development, drainage and reinstatement works. This development is for the purposes of an activity requiring an Integrated Pollution Control license.
