Condition 2 of NT/900118 requires that two of the houses within the overall permitted scheme be used for childcare purposes. Condition 16 of NT/900118 requires details of the childcare facility to be agreed with the Planning Authority. The proposed development seeks that the wording of Condition 2 be amended to allow for a change of use of Units 83 & 84 Gort Fionnbarra, Commons Road, Navan, Co Meath from childcare use to residential use and all associated site development works
