Development consisting of the following works: 1. Retention of existing first floor attic conversion from storage to habitable rooms along with 3 roof lights to front and 1 one rear, 2. Replace 2 no. existing Velux windows to the rear with 2 flat roof dormers with windows suitable for escape and rescue, 3. Include one additional Velux window to front, 4. Construction of a flat roof extension to rear of house 35m2 floor area, 5. Elevational changes to existing south side gable to form new window and door opening for access to newutility room along with all associated site works
