This application related specifically to Site No.1, a 3 storey dwelling with connections into services and all associated site works. The amendments include: (A) changes to window placement and fenestration & the provision of new windows (B) previously approved rigid metal rainscreen cladding to be changed to a treated timber rainscreen cladding (C) removal of recessed balcony to the second floor with a revised layout and a provision of a new balcony with glass balustrade.
