Permission for development which will consist of permission for alterations and extensions to existing two storey over partial garage/storage area at street level, four bedroom detached dwelling resulting in an increase in habitable floor area from 136.9 sqm to 209.8sqm while maintain 4 no. bedrooms and an increase in non-habitable (garage/storage area) floor area from 43.5 sqm to 48.5 sqm. The proposed works comprise of the following elements a) Demolition of existing single storey storage structure to rear b) Widening of existing garage space at level 0 (street level) comprising an additional 5.0 sqm of non-habitable floor area, extension to front and rear at level 1 (ground floor level) comprising an additional 11.7 sqm of habitable floor area, extension to front and rear at level 2 (first floor level) comprising an additional 27.1 sqm of habitable floor area, new floor at level 3 (second floor level) comprising an additional 34.1 sqm of habitable floor area c) Provision of roof terrace (10.8 sqm) to front at level 2 (first floor level and roof terrace (49.3 sqm) to front at level 3 (second floor level) d) Internal alterations at all levels e) Elevational alterations including provision of external steps from level 2 (first floor level) to rear garden and (f) All associated site works including the re-instatement of previous vehicular entrance and widening of same from 3803mm (original dimensions) to 4309 mm. An appropriate assessment screening report shall support this application
