Amendments to a previous permission Kilkenny Council file reference numbers PL10.241077 and 17/1775, are included in this development comprising the relocation of an existing screening berm 40 to 45m sough of its current position and reinstatement of screening planting, in the townlands of Gorteens and Kilmurry, Belview, Co Kilkenny. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this planning application.
