to carry out improvement works to existing site entrance with public roadway, to incorporate the following: (1) Removal of brick piers, wing walls, gates and railings to facilitate widened entrance, (2) Minor re-alignment of entrance roadway at junction with public roadway, (3) Construct new public footpath along part of site frontage, (4) Form new pedestrian access to subject site with stepped and sloped approach, (5) Form new set-down area for 'drop-off' areas for cars and minibuses and (6) Provide new staff car parking area, together with all associated site development works
