a) retain existing window in North gable wall; b) provide new extension to dining area at the front of the dwelling; c) carry out alterations to existing windows and external doors as follows: revise window openings on front elevation including replacing the front door with a glazed door, provide two new windows on south facing gable wall and block up existing side door, remove window on rear elevation and replace with new rear door, provide two new Velux windows to the roof on the front elevation; d) carry out internal alterations including converting existing attic storage space to provide new master bedroom and replacing existing ground floor master bedroom with sitting room and utility; e) provide new garden shed to the rear of the dwelling including all associated site works.
