the development will consist of; (1) the restoration of lands for the purposes of agricultural gain through the importing and depositing of inert material comprising natural minerals of clay, silt, sand, gravel or stone and (2) all ancillary site development works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The proposed development will require a "Waste Facility Permit" which will be sought through a separate application to Meath County Council. Significant further information/revised plans submitted on this application
