Permission for development to consist of the following: 1.Construction of proposed new single storey extension to the rear and front of existing dwelling. 2. Conversion of existing attached garage. 3. Proposed widening of existing vehicular site entrance and additional paved area. 4. Removal of existing garden sheds and replacement of new garden shed and patio to the side and rear. 5. All associated site works.
