the development of: segregated cycle lanes and footpath upgrades along Fr Russel Rd between Quinn's Cross Roundabout and the junction with Gouldavoher with dedicated pedestrian and cycle crossing facilities. Upgrade of footpath and cycling facilities at Racefield Roundabout. Upgrade works to bus stops including the provision of a bus layby. Upgrade works to side road junctions, and new road surfacing.
