the development will consist of (i) demolition of a non-original, side entrance to hotel bar constructed in the early 2000s, (ii) construction of a contemporary lightweight, glazed extension and lobby (132 sq.m) with an ope being proposed on an existing wall of the existing Hotel bar entrance, (iii) and the fabrication of a new spa entrance design complete with a canopy, and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.
