Permission for development which will consist of minor alterations to the previously permitted apartment redevelopment (granted under An Bord Pleanala Ref. ABP-304901-19 & Pl. Ref. No. 18/343 & 21-197). The development will consist of: - Material alterations to external façade on both Block A & B; - Minor alterations to the roof of Block A & B with the Inclusion of Photovoltaic panels on both; - Increase in floor area to Block A Penthouse Apartments 36 & 38 (Apt. 36 from 82msq to 109msq and Apt. 38 from 81msq to 101msq) thus reducing the terrace to the north and south respectively; - All associated site works and services.
