Permission sought for the development comprising the demolition of the existing kitchen area behind the attached side garage and the rear conservatory structure attached to the back of the house, the construction of a new side and rear extension at ground floor level including the conversion of the existing garage and replacement of the existing kitchen area, modifications to the internal layouts at ground and first floor levels, some alterations to elevation treatments chiefly comprising altered window openings in some locations, the provision of a dormer window to the rear of the existing converted attic and also 2 roof-lights to the front pitch, the widening of the front car-entrance gateway and other ancillary works.
