(i) A change of use of existing residential space to childcare facility to form part of existing childcare unit. The entire unit will provide full-time childcare with a school-age, preschool and afterschool services and operate between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Permission is also sought for the changing of an existing window on the west elevation to a door, new signage to the front of the building and all ancillary site works. (ii) Retention permission is sought for wall mounted signage on the front boundary wall.
