alterations to as built development previously approved under planning reference P. 06/616 which includes (a) retention of dormer windows with alterations to plans & elevations of existing dwelling including omission of chimney stacks; (b) retain position and height of as constructed entrance walls and fencing along public road; (c) retain position of as built percolation area; (d) retain additional floor area, increased ridge height and alterations to plans/ elevations of as built garage and associated site works
