The gate lodge building at Ballymackney House is protected structure. The proposed works relating to this protected structure include the following: 1. Alterations and the erection of a single storey extension to the rear and side of the gate lodge building 2. A new domestic waste water treatment system to serve the proposed development 3. New site boundaries 4. Improvements at the existing site entrance 5. All associated site development works
