Retention for development that consist of retention and completion for amendments to a short term let apartment development, granted on foot of Pl. 19/378 /ABP308011-20. The proposed amendments will include: (1) an enclosed bicycle and bin store to the south of the building , (2) additional wall, rail and access gates to the main site entrance to the east, (3) amended plant room layout to the west. (4) amended stair core layout to the west, (5) provision of 3 no. automatic opening roof vents to stair core, smoke shaft and lift lobby, (6) relocation of PV panels to the flat section of roof, (7) provision of enclosed double bicycle lockers to the North East (8) widening of upper floors external corridor to the West/rear of the building (9) amended floor levels from first to penthouse floor, (10) minor amended to window design to East/Front Elevation, (11) additional window at penthouse level to South Elevation (12) signage to the front of the building (13) external low totem signage adjacent to the front gate (14) landscape plan as a consequence of changes listed above and to include all ancillary items and site works
