the following alterations & renovations which were recently carried out to an existing two storey end of terraced type dwelling house which consisted of the following:(i) removal of existing 2 no. chimneys (ii) removal of the existing hipped type roof structure & the construction of a pitched roof type structure to replace same (iii) Alterations to the existing first floor level windows ope on the north-western façade of the dwelling (iv) removal of the existing dashed rendered finish of the entire dwelling which is now finished in an exposed stone & nap plastered finish
