Permission for development which will consist of: 1. The construction of a new water sport facility comprising equipment storage facilities, changing rooms, drying room, bathrooms, reception, first aid, café, plant room, gym, ergo training room, function room, kitchenette, mother & baby room, communications room, offices & test room; 2. construction of a rowing storage shed; 3. provision of 2 no. floating pontoons on the bank of the river Corrib; 4. provision of a pedestrian & cyclist greenway along the River Corrib linking to an existing footpath; 5. site landscaping, services & all associated site development works.
