The development has been subject of a Screening for Appropriate Assessment in accordance with Article 6(3) of the EU Habitats Directive (Directive 92/43/EEC) and the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended. The Screening for Appropriate Assessment will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the Planning Application
