Permission is sought for the demolition of single storey glass conservatory to rear; external insulation and self coloured rendered to all facades; raising cill height of windows to front (west) elevation at ground floor level and side (south) elevation at 1st floor level; new window and alterations to existing window to side (north) elevation at 1st floor level; replacement of existing canopy with new extended canopy and replacement of window with new patio doors to front (west) elevation; construction of 6m2 single storey extension to side and rear; widening of entrance gates to 3.6m and all associated site works.
