Permission for demolition of an existing 18 sqm lean-to at the rear of the existing cottage, construction of two new extensions comprising of an 8 sqm bathroom to the rear and a 4 sqm draught lobby to the front of the cottage, and refurbishment of the cottage retaining 9 sqm at mezzanine / loft level.
