the construction of solar PV energy development on a c2 ha site within the attendant grounds of Curraghmore House (protected structure) and Estate (with further Protected Structures) comprising the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on ground mounted frames/support structures within an area of scrubland, underground cabling and ducting, inverters, client kiosk, security fencing, a pole mounted CCTV camera, landscaping, temporary construction compound and all associated works. The operational lifespan of the solar PV development will be 35 years and a 10 year planning permission is being sought. The application will be accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement
